Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • Return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item is not a prescription medication
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Prescription medications (by state law)
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened

Refunds & exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return

Contact us at orders@mysunshinepharmacy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship the item back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you.
