Processing & delivery time
All orders are processed and delivered within 2–5 business days after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required — please allow extra time in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders of $35 or more. For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Free prescription (Rx) delivery
Sunshine Pharmacy is pleased to offer free Rx delivery for our patients. If you are a Sunshine Pharmacy patient, give us a call and we can add your order to your Rx delivery — a convenient way to receive your prescriptions and other items all at once at no extra cost.
Domestic shipping only
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local pickup
We offer local pickup at our store. Select the local pickup option at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready. Pickup is available at:

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. We recommend keeping this number handy so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or damaged packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number. We recommend retaining your tracking number and documenting any damage with photos, as these may be required when filing a claim.
